La plus grande fête chrétienne pâques sera célébrée ce dimanche 04 avril 2021 sur toute l’étendue du territoire national. A cet effet, les fidèles chrétiens et responsables d’églises de la commune urbaine de Kankan, se préparent dans les meilleures conditions afin de célébrer cette journée de la résurrection de Jésus christ.
« Nous sommes dans les préparatifs pour bien célébrer cette fête chrétienne pâques mais cette année est liée à une crise sanitaire très profonde. Et la préparation n’est pas seulement physique, c’est aussi spirituelle. Les nettoyages de l’église et la répétition biblique sont déjà prêts » confie un responsable de l’église cathédrale Notre Dame de Victoire et de la Paix.
Pour les fidèles chrétiens, tout est en place déjà pour commémorer cette fête, comme le confirme Angeline Kamano « Je pense que tout est en place pour commémorer cette fête chrétienne pâques dans la ville de Kankan. Nous attendons maintenant le dimanche pour la fête de pâques » a-t-elle dit.
Selon plusieurs responsables d’église de la ville de Kankan, cette année la journée de pâques ne connaîtra pas son engouement habituel pour des raisons sanitaires liées à la pandémie COVID-19 et à la réapparition du virus Ebola.
