    Guinée : l’indiscipline dans la circulation, cet autre calvaire des piétons

    Les matins aux heures de pointe dans la capitale guinéenne, chacun s’active à rallier son lieu de travail. Sur la route, malgré la mise en place des trottoirs pour permettre aux piétons de circuler librement, cela semble être boycotté par les conducteurs des engins roulants. Et cela au vu et au su des agents de la sécurité routière.

    A côté de cette indiscipline dans la circulation, certains conducteurs se permettent même de profaner des injures aux piétons qui se retrouvent sur leur chemin comme le témoigne Mariama Sylla citoyenne rencontrée au rond-point de la Tannerie dans la commune de Matoto « je vous le jure ils peuvent vous dire ‘’arrête toi là-bas tu vas voir si je n’allais pas te renverser et puis t’envoyer à l’hôpital’’ et certains peuvent t’insulter physiquement alors que vous êtes sur la voie publique où les conducteurs n’ont pas le droit de circuler.
